The Turquoise Rainbowfish, scientifically known as Melanotaenia lacustris, is a vibrant and active fish native to Lake Kutubu in Papua New Guinea. They are known for their beautiful split coloration, with a bright turquoise blue upper half and a silvery white to gold lower half.
