Unused items can be returned in original packaging within 15 days of purchase. Product will be tested and reviewed before return will be available.  A 15% restocking fee may be applicable.  Contact us for details.

If an item is broken and/or missing parts, the manufacturer should be contacted for warranty.

Pickup is available 24 hours after purchasing, however if an item is on backorder we will let you know when it is available.  

Pickup will be only permitted Monday to Friday only.

Currently we can ship all product by Canada Post.  We are looking at alternative shipping methods.

Livestock must be picked up at the store.

Every product except Livestock can be purchased online, however it may be a few days before the item may be available for pickup or shipping.

Livestock

At this time, we only provide what we have available, but due to having an online and retail store we want to ensure we have adequate stock prior to you purchasing.  We recommend you add it to a Livestock wishlist and send it to us.  If we have availability an invoice will be sent to your account.

Christmas and New Years we are closed to spend time with our family.

We are located in the New Horizon Mall, in Balzac Alberta.  

Store location

In the mall, we at the hallway intersection of 91st and 7th.

We guarantee a live arrival of livestock with a 1 day shipping only.  In case of dead on arrival (DOA) please send as a photo of the deceased fish within 6 hours of receiving. We will send you a refund for the DOAs. However, if the shipment gets delayed by the courier and it doesn’t arrive on time,  the guarantee of the live arrival is waived and no refunds will be issued.

From October to April, plants have to be shipped overnight or we can not guarantee that they won’t get damaged by frost during transport.
