The Rosy Ornate Tetra, scientifically known as Hyphessobrycon bentosi, is a small, peaceful, and beautiful fish from the Amazon River basin. Often mistaken for the Rosy Tetra (Hyphessobrycon rosaceus), they are easily distinguished by the dark spot behind their gill cover and paler pink body color. Bentosi Tetras are known for their vibrant colors and can be a great addition to a community aquarium.
