The Electric Blue Ram (Mikrogeophagus ramirezi) is a popular, though slightly more challenging, color morph of the ram cichlid. While they are known for their vibrant blue coloration and can be quite hardy, they require specific care, including maintaining soft, acidic water, and are best kept in pairs or small groups.
